Information Collection and Use
Use by Arcadia Healthcare Solutions
This website allows you to exercise your right to have your healthcare enrollment and claims information excluded from (or included back into) the Rhode Island All-Payer Claims Database (RI APCD) by submitting your request to opt out (or back in) to Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, Rhode Island's contracted vendor for this service.
To fulfill your request, the information you provide is utilized to match your identity to enrollment information submitted by all applicable health plans required to participate in the RI APCD. To successfully match your records to a member submitted by participating health plans, you are required to provide personally identifiable information to verify your identity.

Arcadia will share your information only with those health plans that have identified you as a current or former member, providing them with your latest opt-out/opt-in status request to ensure that your request is executed. In adherence to the RI APCD regulations, Arcadia will never share your personally identifiable information with any other party involved with the aggregation or analytic usage of the RI APCD, including the state of Rhode Island.
This website contains links to the official RI APCD site, which is not owned or operated by Arcadia and whose privacy policies may be different. Please be aware that Arcadia is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we encourage you to read their privacy statements as well.
In addition, as a contracted service provider to the state of Rhode Island, Arcadia reserves the right to disclose the information you provided as required by Rhode Island law, and when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect Arcadia's rights as permissible under applicable law.
